Adelaide International
The tournament was founded in 1972, 52 years ago, as a part of Grand Prix Circuits. But only since 1981 the event became regular in the ATP schedule. In 2008, the tournament in Adelaide was discontinued and merged with the women's tournament into a new event called Brisbane International. In 2020, the tournament returned to Adelaide after the new team competition - ATP Cup - started on Brisbane, Sydney, and Perth courts. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 Adelaide International has moved to Melbourne.
