Winston-Salem Open
The tournament was founded in 2011, 13 years ago. The event was previously staged in New Haven and known as Pilot Pen Tennis before it was sold and relocated to Winston-Salem, creating a new tournament. Now the event is the last men’s tournament in the US Open Series before the US Open. Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, the 2020 edition of the event was canceled.
